2024 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Just had an amazing experience the other day when we went in to buy a new tow vehicle. Justin Roberts was super helpful and is the kindest person you’ll meet there! We met him after my parents went in to buy a truck a few years ago and ever since our whole family and extended family have all gone to see him when they wanted new cars. We have also used the dealer for service on our other vehicles for the past 3 years and haven’t had any complaints to report. They take care of your vehicle and listen to any questions you have. The day we walked in to look at trucks, Justin had options ready and had even printed out details, plus vehicle history for us before we even walked in the dealership. My husband had spoken with him before about what he’d been after, so he knew exactly what to show us. His knowledge was extensive and he was able to get us an incredible deal that we were both happy with on not only the new vehicle, but my beloved Explorer we were trading in to be able to get said tow vehicle. Transaction was a breeze from start to finish. Everyone that we interacted with there during the process was kind and helpful. You can also tell they take pride in their vehicles, as all the used trucks we viewed were so clean inside that you couldn’t tell they were ever used in the first place! The Ram truck we had picked out had aftermarket side steps with wiring installed incorrectly by the prior owner and he helped us arrange for them to be fixed right away. I won’t go anywhere else for purchasing a vehicle again as this was the best truck buying experience I’ve ever had, even if it’s not a Ford! i’ve been looking for a specific car for months now and finally found what i wanted at courtesy ford! i walked in, and was kindly greeted by john lee. he took me for a test drive and even held the car for half a day before i came in and bought it. in that time they detailed the car which had only been on the lot for a day. he was very easy to work with and made me feel comfortable as a young woman walking into a big dealership. my dad said it was the most pleasant car buying experience he’s ever had!

Recently traded up to a used f150 at courtesy ford. I felt like we got more than fair trade in for my old truck and the staff was awesome.
