2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Last evening I went to my 2016 Ford Fusion to take a quick trip to the store. The key fob did not work to unlock the car. I was able to manually unlock the door, but the car would not start. Issue was dead battery. Worried about it all night. Thankfully, I thought to call Timbrook Collision Center and speak to a real person in the service department instantly. The young man I spoke with was kind and professional. Within an hour I was able to purchase a new battery at a very reasonable price and have it installed at a business I have come to trust for many years.
