2021 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I've been a customer of Dave Smith Ford for many years and have always been happy with them. I recently had my F250 diesel in for a check engine light and had the issue covered by warranty. When I picked it up and drove off it produced another check engine light and had to return the next day. This issue was again covered under warranty. Steve, my service rep, did a wonderful job dealing with Ford to get everything taken care of. Steve, Bob and Dan do a wonderful job in the service dept. to take care of their customers. The ladies at the cashiers window are always very pleasant. The guys at the parts dept. are very nice to work with. It's been a while since I worked with the sales people but in the past I have had good experiences. All in all I have to say that the Dave Smith Ford dealership is top notch and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Someone hit our car over forth for July, we had to go through Allstate to get it fixed. They recommend this place as a preferred dealer. I have to say it was the easiest process working with this place. “Jay Jay” in the collision shop was beyond helpful. He called me and got us in and fixed up before we head back to atlanta. The turn around time was impression and so was the work they did. Within a week or less to get the parts and work done. I highly recommend this place and definitely as for Jay Jay if you need someone you need to trust. Thank you!
