2023 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I needed new rear brake pads, really badly too! I tried calling many dealers, but they were all too busy. Two to four weeks was the closest time frame. Saw a Ford dealer in Redfield NE and just stopped and asked if they could look at it. It was on the rack in about 15 minutes and diagnosed as needing new pads. They did not have any, but the local parts store had some. In and out in about one hour! So very happy!

Ford garage in Redfield, South Dakota did an awesome with the inspection, oil change, and clean floors. I will continue working with them.
