I just completed a vehicle purchase at Kendall Ford after my initial shopping exploration almost a year ago. My salesperson, Mark St. John, was very patient and helpful throughout the process, providing periodic updates about changing features and pricing promotions, but never pressuring me for any action. When I was ready to buy, the specific vehicle with features I wanted was not in stock, so Kendall transferred the exact vehicle from another city. When it arrived about a week later, Mark contacted me and said it was ready when I was, again with no pressure implied. When I went in to pick up the vehicle, a Mustang Mach-E, the process was pleasantly quick and easy. The dealership had applied all credits and rebates, provided several financing options for me to choose from, and did not push for me to purchase any add-ons, but made my choices clear. The finance manager, Quincy Kent, was friendly and helpful, and guided me through the paperwork within about 15 minutes. My salesperson Mark provided a thorough demonstration and training of all the vehicle features and accessories. Overall I was very impressed and happy with my shopping and purchase experience and I would highly recommend Kendall Ford, the finance manager Quincy and salesperson Mark.
Shout out to our favorite salesman Mark St John! Mark has helped our family into four different vehicles over the years. A couple of new vehicles, a car for the teens to drive and an “up grade”. This review is mostly for Terry Cuddeford and James Wolfe. Terry sold me a beautiful 2023 Ford Bronco, exactly to my specs, and he was great. Responsive, understanding, and answered all of my questions. Fast forward to this week, almost a year after my purchase. My Bronco got a chip in the windshield and I'm working with another company, Crystal Fusion, to replace the windshield and re-apply the coating. I called the Ford dealership inquiring about re-coating three different times, leaving my number, and asking for a call back. I never received a call back. Finally I was routed to James and he asked me to come in right away. When I arrived, Terry handled my car with care, easily re-applied the coating, and James took care of my paperwork. I don't know why others at Bozeman Ford refused to return my calls, but James and Terry are a class act. They will take care of you. Four stars because I give James and Terry five stars but the dealership lost one star for failure to return repeated calls.
