2023 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

6/7/24 I had my Toyota Corolla serviced. And I can say, the new Service Manager has her ducks in a row! I can say the atmosphere was much better than the last time (5years ago) when I went for parts for my 97 Tacoma! I gave this visit a 5 star because of how well the business was compared to the last visit! I will keep going there to service my car!

I’m from out of town, and was in there with a nightmare of a car issue on my 300k mile 4Runner. I was basically stranded, in a student, and would never purchase a vehicle from them due to my distance from there. Regardless of all this, they got me in, tried their hardest to find the issue within the few days I was there, sadly they weren’t able to, and did not charge me for all the work they did since it wasn’t successful. I am so grateful to their service here and as a young college student it was such a relief when I truly had no other options. Folks that treat a customer that has an almost 0 chance of returning with so much respect and fairness is great to see these days. Thanks to my service advisor Zach and the mechanics who worked in my car over there.

Best vehicle service, friendly staff and superb service. I refuse to go anywhere else.
