Went to look at a KIA Sportage and came home with a Jeep Grand Cherokee! Tony was so awesome to deal with. He had the patience to answer questions and explained features on both vehicles. I would go back definitely.

VW Service is a bit pricey if you're used to, say a Toyota or a Hyundai, but they were extremely thorough and professional and took the time to explain everything well. (if you can afford the car you can afford the service)
The place is very clean and accommodating if you are waiting in the building. (very fancy coffee machine)

Overall I'm quite satisfied with the service. Having said that I feel there are a couple of issues. I must say I was quite surprised when I heard the service rep say the labor cost was $174 per hour, seemed high to me. Second I could have been kept more informed as to the status of my car. But again I'm satisficed with the work that was done. Given that no one there had ever installed a cruise control before the work was completed close to the time promised. The mechanic that did the work did an excellent job, other than the new controls were there I couldn't tell anything had been done. Other than the two issues I mentioned I'm quite happy
