Royal service department saved me! My son and I broke down, 200 miles from home, on the way back from a family reunion. We had a coolant leak. The team at Royal was very busy with scheduled appointments. But their kindness and compassion rose to the top. They found a way to squeeze us in with one of their techs (Mark). Mark found the leak and was able to fix it for us. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. They helped us in a very meaningful way, when we were really vulnerable, far from home.
