Sadly I was in an accident and the insurance company totaled my beautiful mustang convertible. I saw her potential replacement with a few upgrades on the Arrow Ford website. We drove over 2.5 hours to see the car, and it was absolutely worth it. Barry Gurley went above and beyond for us — he sent videos, pictures, kept us updated the whole time, and was so flexible when we had to change the day we were coming. I loved that the video he sent even had Christian music playing in the background. It immediately made me feel at peace. The dealership truly feels family-owned, and everyone we interacted with was warm and genuine. Jeff in finance was amazing — he got us in and out quickly with a great deal, and it was clear he’s a believer as well. They were even sponsoring a “Mission Thanksgiving” event while we were there, collecting food and clothing for the community and serving meals. It spoke volumes about their heart and values. I was forced into Black Friday car shopping since my previous car finally gave up. Eric and the folks at Arrow Point made it a very pleasant experience. I told Eric what I needed & wanted and he had a few vehicles in mind. Test drove 2. Decided on the 2nd one...a few more miles...a few less features...a lower price. Financing was easy. They were able to find a lender even with my horrible credit.
