I love Russ Milne Ford dealership. It’s a family owned business which is not very common these days. You’re not just a number. My sales consultant was John Russo. He made me feel at ease with no pressure. He educated me on my vehicle and gave me different options that could pick from. He kept my payment within my budget and I just love my car!! This was a great experience and I will go no where else. Thank you John.

My vehicle had a recall that I had put off and I needed an oil change. So I tried the competition on Van Dyke. Unfortunately, my call ended up in the AI bottom less pit. Fast forward a few days and I received a call from Russ Milne for that particular recall. I reached out to them and now they have a new customer! Their Service department is top notch and extremely knowledgeable and efficient! I inquired about a loaner due to my car being in the shop for a couple of days. No problem! They had that lined up too!!! From the moment I was greeted by everyone, to communication for the vehicle status I had all the information I needed. Everything was explained and the staff is impeccable! Not to mention I forgot my riding boots and helmet ? in the rental, the nice lady had it ready by the door! (Apologies I forgot her name) ? From a true car girl, Russ Milne is Awesome ?????. Thank you everyone!!

No hidden charges and no surprises. I also want to thank the sales manager, SAL, who was just as wonderful as Jack. I had a previous negative experience, but Sal stepped in to make things right. He is the only reason I walked through the doors of Russ Milne again...and I'm glad I did! They walked me through options, explained the details, and were very patient.
