This whole sales team is excellent. Jakarius took extra time to work with my wife, and myself on Saturday to go over all of the Honda lineup of vehicles. He is extremely knowledgable and respectful without being overbearing. My wife wanted a civic, but Kari showed her that the CRV-Hybrid was a better fit for her actual needs. He actually listened to HER needs and advised her on her top three vehicles. I'm a veteran of buying vehicles, but kept myself out of the process. This was about my wife getting a car that she was comfortable with. My wife does not typically like dealerships; however, Kari and HCH has changed that experience for her.
