2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I was amazed at how knowledgable Messiah was about his vehicles, how many details he gave me. He did not push me in any direction and really listened to what I WANTED and helped me in the entire process. I cannot recommend him enough!! I also LOVED the whole team at Future Ford of Roseville! I had a great experience with them and now LOVE Messiah and my new car! These things can feel so daunting but Messiah made it easy and exciting!!

After a disappointing experience at another dealership we were recommended to see Brian Gamble at Future Ford and we are glad that we did. Brian was very personable and spent a lot of time with my wife and I looking at several used trucks. He encouraged us to test drive both an F-150 and a Silverado 1500 that we were interested in. Brian very open and honest in his assessment of both trucks which we appreciated. After taking a day to consider our options we called Brian and told him we wanted to go with the Silverado. Brian was off that day so he called his partner Delfino to take care of us and he did an amazing job. He handled all of the contact details and sent them to me at work so that all I had to do was complete the contract, sign it and send it back. After a couple of conversations with Jacob in Finance to finalize the details I got a call from Delfino asking me where and when I wanted the truck delivered. I started the process at 9:00am and at 2:30pm Defino pulled up to the house with the truck. It was the simplest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. We cannot recommend Brian, Delfino and Jacob at Future Ford highly enough. Excellent customer service and a great buying experience. They took excellent care of us.
