2021 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I went into the buying process dredging a day full of frustration, this was the second dealership of the day and was unimpressed with the waisted time I spent at the first. I was immediately surprised with Justin Smallfeild my sales person, he listened patiently to my wish list and we looked at several trucks before landing on the Silverado ZR2….the rest of the process and people helping to get us out the door were also equally amazing…why go anywhere else??? Not me I’ll start here from now on! Great job by Justin and the crew!

I worked with Rachel in the finance department and she was amazing! She was so nice and easy to work with and made sure that I was taken care of . She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend her. I also worked with Dave in the sales department. He was equally as nice and helpful. I previously worked with him years ago and I'm glad he was able to help me again.
