I literally cannot express how I felt when we pulled into the lot and I left in the nicest car I've ever had the privilege of owning! The second we got there we were approached by DC Stout, who shook our hands and made us feel welcomed. Not once did I feel the pressure to purchase like I have at so many other lots. I told him what I was looking for and my price range and the payments I was comfortable with and from there it was literally all about US (mostly me, haha!). After the smoothest test drive I've ever experienced, we were approached by DC again and Daniel Ellis, whom I had previously spoke with over messenger about a different vehicle. DC handed the reigns over to Dan and from there it was started the best day I've had in a very long time! He listened, we all joked and laughed like friends, and he was so open and honest about the whole process. He listened to my concerns and actually valued my opinions! I cannot express how I felt when he came back into the office and stuck his hand out and said "Congratulations!" I was approved and soon I was handed the keys to a 2019 Chevy Equinox that drives like a dream, with very low mileage, and at a price that was completely agreeable with an interest rate that DIDN'T make my head hurt. I cannot tell you exactly how grateful I am for this experience and opportunity, but I can tell you that I literally jumped for joy and almost cried! I would recommend Rath Auto Resources and Daniel Ellis (you, too, DC!) to ANYONE looking for a car! Hands down the best moment in my life in a few years. Customer service was the number one priority the second we got there and my happiness was definitely up there with it!

I was very hesitant in the beginning because I heard that they were very hard to deal with and it was hard to get approval on any vehicle through them. Well, we found a vehicle on their website that we really liked and was interested in and was in our price range. so we decided to go ahead and give them a try. Well we was very shocked and very well pleased with the outcome. They were the shortest and the fastest to deal with out of any deal That we have ever dealt with in the past and believe me there has been a few, but everything just went perfectly smooth no problems whatsoever we didn’t end up with the vehicle we went for we ended up with a much better and nicer vehicle and we are very pleased About And we would recommend them to anybody and that is interested in shopping for a new vehicle and especially But bad things about them don’t believe it take it from me They were very pleasant and great people to deal with, and they will be getting When we are ready for another vehicle, thank you Zach For all your help, we really appreciate it
