2023 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I went into Williams Honda in December 2023 with my heart set on a 2024 CRV. I had an appointment set up with Will who, from the minute he sat down, I could tell was working his butt off helping customers. I had done months of research on this vehicle and I knew it’s what I was leaving with. Little did I know it was a possibility to leave THAT night with my new car!! Will was an incredible person to work with and I knew when he offered to get it done that night it meant he was giving up his own time to make sure I left happy. And when I say he truly wanted to make sure I was happy he meant it. He triple checked to make sure this vehicle was going to make me happy! The entire team was incredible. I was offered more for my trade-in than I expected and when all was said and done these guys were genuinely happy for me as I made quite the upgrade!!! I would recommend Williams Honda in a heartbeat to anyone because I know they will be well taken care of! Thank you, Will, for being amazing at what you do!
