2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

After a long relationship with a different dealer, who provided me great reason to search for a new dealership home, I ventured to Emerling to explore a possible trade in. I absolutely love this dealership !! Everyone I’ve ever met with has made a drastic dedication in making sure I get what I asked for or am pleased with the results. There was never any “pushing” in any of the departments and if I had a question, I was shown and explained to in the best mannerism possible. All departments, especially sales - will always take constructive criticism to ensure the next experience is not only great - but amazing !
