2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Honestly I had a very good experience James was my salesman and he guided me in the right direction I was looking for a dark horse Mustang but after the number I realized it was not in my budget. Luckily his manager Juan I believe offered me a GT 5.0 James went over the car and let me drive it to compare to the dark horse I honestly wasn’t considering the GT but after he showed me the car and let me compare I left home today with a brand new Mustang GT 5.0 I’m really happy and it was well within my budget just wished I got the black rims but I’ll paint them later myself.

I had a great experience buying my 2024 Bronco Outer Banks. Alex was a terrific sales person and took the time to explain the ins-and-outs of the Bronco line. The reason I’m writing this review is twofold. One, I had an issue less than 10 hours after buying my Bronco. I came out of a store and the truck wouldn’t start, DEAD. Normally this would have been an EXTREMELY negative experience with a truck less than 12 hours old and with 120 total miles. I contacted Alex and he PERSONALLY showed up to my location within 15 minutes of me calling. Mind you, he was about 14 minutes away from my location. He was equipped with a jump kit, but luckily it wasn’t needed. The issue was a simple battery attachment that needed to be re-secured. Obviously it was regrettable that I had any trouble with a new vehicle, but things happen. However, the situation was handled perfectly. The second reason I’m writing this review is because I wasn’t asked once to either leave a review or fill out a survey. Alex went about his job and didn’t ask that I leave a positive comment or complete the inevitable survey that comes with buying a new car. Overall I had a very positive experience buying my new Bronco and would recommend George Wall Ford to anyone.
