My wife's 2015 Edge had a steering issue happen that turned out to be a major repair. ???? They ended up having to replace the entire steering assembly. My wife was without a car, so after I spoke with Alec Schicker about my situation, He generously offered a loaner while this massive repair unfolded. ???? Tony was able to get the parts around 4-5 days! Rich was able to squeeze me in, and the knowledgeable techs that they had there took it on as it was not a challenge at all. Knocked it out in one day! Finally, shout out to Rodney for one of the best detail jobs I've witnessed! He went above and beyond to exceed ALL expectations and communicated everything properly! This is the best dealership I’ve encountered. Everyone has been exceptionally kind and fair -sales, service, even their shuttle driver. I bought my F250 here about three years ago. I’ve seen how I’ve been treated during the sales process, as a customer getting warranty work (by the way, my truck has been super reliable so there was little warranty work), routine maintenance, and out of warranty service. Without exception, it’s been a great experience every time - and I’m picky.
