This is a review of their service department. I was from Burlington and go back frequently. Had a great experience last month with regular service and saw a service bulletin for a high-voltage fuse inspection that was needed. Joel set me up for an inspection 2 weeks in advance but the part would probably need to be ordered. Showed up and Joel and Taylor took great care and when the technician saw I was one of the cars that needed the replacement doublechecked and found the part had came in, went ahead and installed it saving me another trip. I purchased my Optima from Shottenkirk in Quincy and great to know they have the same great service at both locations.
Car buying is usually very stressful, but they made it so hassle-free and easy! The staff was all very polite and professional and made us feel good about purchasing our car there. Great experience!
