I have never been disappointed with the service I receive when I take my truck into Northtown Ford. They are ready to help with any problem I may have. If there is an issue with my truck, and there rarely is, I do not hesitate to go to Northtown Ford.
I'm a little late on this but this past summer I had the AC compressor fail on my F350. I dropped it off and they said they wouldn't be able to get it done before the weekend (I was leaving town for a week). Friday afternoon, service had called me and said they were able to get my truck done and that it was ready to be picked up! Lifesavers! Worked like a charm since! Northtown does all the work on my F350 and never have any issues after, but this particular instance meant a lot to me. Thanks guys.
