I had a serious oil leak with my Silverado. Zach, in service, and the parts guy were able to get it fixed the next day. Also had a busted mud flap. Dave in the collision center fixed it promptly. The lady up front handled the rental car and check out paperwork quickly and pleasantly! A great team!

I brought in my Suburban because I had heard/felt a noise when I made turns. However on the morning of my appointment it seemed to have gone away! The technician at the counter said, no problem, we will drive it and check it out. They also found no problem. But what impressed me was how nice he was about it, and I didn't feel stupid for bringing it in. Everyone at Parson's is always so nice!!

Chad is a good listener when I explain the issues I am having with my truck. He is one of the very first service consultants that I actually trust and who actually seems to care. He knew my diesel truck needed some serious maintenance (8+ hours) and understood that since I live 60 miles away, I had no other driver or vehicle to take me home. So, he generously offered me a loaner which I appreciated very much! He keeps me informed if any issues are found during the service. When I pick up the completed truck, he explains in detail, all of the service that was performed and any special findings which I also really appreciate. In my case, it appears that a few mice chewed some wires which effectively shut down my A/C system. I trust Chad and because of this trust, I would purchase another future high-end GMC truck from Parson’s, if only they could sell GMC trucks!
