Absolutely, without a doubt, recommend going to Smart Toyota. My mom and I had an amazing experience, especially considering it was our first time financing a car for me. Our salesman, Caleb, was great. He was very kind, considerate, and helpful. Instead of pressuring us into making a definite decision right away, like other salesman, Caleb gave us more than one option to fit our needs. When we did decide on the car and plan that we wanted, he made the purchasing process very easy and efficient. Ben was also very helpful throughout the financing process. Very helpful and humorous. I walked away with a dream car, and I feel comfortable driving it knowing that I have every warranty under the sun lol. I would also like to mention the fact that my two crazy little brothers tagged along, which is normally such a hassle for my mom and I, but every sales person in the dealership was very patient and nonjudgmental towards them. They had a kids lounge room with blocks and a tv to keep them occupied, and when my two brothers got bored and wanted hangout in the office with us, Ben and Caleb were very friendly and didn’t mind at all. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and confident in my purchase. Caleb and Ben, I cannot thank you enough!

One of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Our beloved 10 year old Rav4 was unfortunately totaled in a severe accident. My wife and I walked away totally unscathed from the accident. Obviously, Toyota was at the top of our list because of our experience with it's incredible safety features. We worked with Demetrious. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Don't get me wrong, we had to go through the usual negotiation gymnastics, but in the end, we felt like we got a great deal. When it came time to meet with the finance guy (Matt), he explained the various extended maintenance options, which we politely declined. He was gracious and not pushy beyond what we expected.

The experience I had at Smart Toyota was really good. Kindred was really good. No high pressure sale tactics, but he let the car, 2021 Nissan Rogue SL, sell itself and was attentive with the questions I had about it. Bottom line was that Kindred met the price point i was needing and i drove home that say. Will highly recommend Smart Toyota to friends looking for a good dealership. Definitely NOT the typical stereotype of a car buying experience!
