As a first time participant of the renown Dealership Dance, I have to say that Chad and the rest of the associates at DeFouw made the experience incredibly simple and fun. Her kind demeanor and prompt greeting showed her commitment to providing a positive experience for her customers. She was able to guide us in making the best decision for our growing family and demonstrated a level of care and trustworthiness similar to that of a trusting friend.
