Overall had a great experience! The salesperson that I worked with, Luis, was great. I never felt in a situation where he wasn't listening to what I was saying, just to try to sell me a car. He walked me through many different options, explaining the differences in each models of the cars. Luis gave me his opinion what he thought mattered and didn't matter, giving me enough information to make the decision that I wanted to make. Never felt in a pressure situation and the finance team was great as well. My only issue was the length of time it took from when we agreed upon a price to the time it took for me to sign paperwork. But I think that is par for the course at any dealership. However, Luis did offer to have food delivered while I waited which was a nice gesture. Overall, great experience and am loving my new 2024 Nautilus!
Great service department....I had an 8:30 appointment. I arrived at 8:12am...was greeted by several service people. I was checked in by Dan...and then was directed to the comfortable waiting area. My name was called out 45 minutes later with the recall rear axle bolt issue corrected. I love my 2021 Ford Explorer ST and will definitely recommend Liccardi Ford / Lincoln to anyone. I initially was taken care of a week prior to my appointment by Daniel DJ Vergel..who was very efficient and pleasant. Thank you all at the Liccardi family
Fantastic service department, really great leadership and you can see that from the moment you walk in and throughout the visit. Everything is clearly outlined and they over-delivered on multiple counts. I talked with a couple of the members of the service team and they were delightful gentlemen. A big thank you to Mr. Danny Ventura, doing a really great job at Liccardi! Very happy with my experience and will definitely be back.
