2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for the Service Dept. My F150 had spark plug fail passing nearby and limped it into them. They were busy and could've easily told me I would have to wait, but one of the mechanics worked through his lunch hour to fix the truck and get me back on the road. The Service Manager was incredibly helpful, particularly because I'm not terribly mechanically inclined, and he didn't make me feel stupid - he was actually there to solve the problem. I am so impressed by these folks that when we visit the in-laws again this Thanksgiving, I will likely replace the 2016 F150 with one from this dealership. The kind of people I am happy to do business with and I want to reward their hard work with my business. I also did a bit of research on the pricing and they were more than reasonable. I had a great service experience at this location! My vehicle needed an oil change, but I got so much more! The people were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick and thorough. When I called to schedule an oil change, they also asked if I wanted a tire rotation which I would have never considered without their prompting, but they never made me feel like I HAD to do anything. They also performed this amazing wellness check on things like brakes and the battery that made it easy to understand what was in good health and what I might need to consider for the future. I will definitely return for my next vehicle maintenance and recommend them to others!

I've been nothing but impressed by Murray Motors in Milton. The service department got my wife's C-Max in right away and even helped us to get car to the shop. Will was very professional, offering a very thorough explanation, he gave us a quote prior to the work and then the final bill was one hundred dollars under!
