2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

These people are the real deal. I was an out of state buyer who found the exact Suburban we were wanting for a good price at 5 Star Imports. I was hesitant to purchase from an unknown dealer hours from home but 5 Start Imports was very honest and communicated well. Unfortunately there was an issue between my state DMV and the state of Indiana regarding sales tax payable. Although it was no fault of 5 Star Imports, they immediately took care of it. This is what you call true customer service!!

They even arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our home 2 states away in Pennsylvania. Rafael was very friendly and he delivered the vehicle freshly washed and with fuel.
