A thorough inspection has shown this SUV to be in tip-top condition with no need for any major mechanical work. The cosmetics of the exterior will reveal some very minor scuffs and blemishes in the finish but only under close examination. All in all, it is a very clean looking ride. During the test drive of another vehicle from a dealership down the street, we found the vehicle we had been looking for on their lot. George approached us, and the guy is full of personality. The process of purchasing through George and his wife was very streamlined and straightforward. I would do business with Car Zone again. Note: I've noticed most of the lower star ratings are from people that failed to pay their agreed upon financing on-time, which resulted in penalties and repossession. You really can't take them seriously. Their personal financial issues aren't Car Zone's problem.
George was great from the moment I pulled up on the lot to even after I purchased a car with them! He helped me in every way possible from looking out for my best interest in addition to, getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. For example I expressed the concern for buying a car then later having major repairs needed shortly after. However he ensured his cars were completely reliable and was able to even get me an extended years warranty! Best customer service I’ve received in a while!! Highly recommended!
