After months long search we found our son's first car at Heller. Ian did a great job with listening to our needs and recommending a perfect match. I highly recommend you request him if you're in need of a vehicle. Very friendly atmosphere and a large inventory. Unfortunately our experience with Chris the finance manager did not meet expectations. It appears soon after we declined the extended warranty offer his customer service became transactional, he began just telling me to sign here without explaining the documents. I highly recommend management speak with him regarding his handling of customers irregardless of their interest in the part of sale that directly benefits him. Overall, Thanks Ian and Heller we plan to enjoy our new car addition to the family!

My 16 year old daughter and I had an amazing experience at Heller Ford! My stepfather recommended we go there (he had purchased a new truck from them this spring) and they did not disappoint! Onie Maisonneuve was our sales person. We were unsure what type of vehicle we wanted to buy. We had a price range and several parameters my daughter wanted to make sure fit whatever we ended up with… Onie was very patient and worked with my daughter to find several vehicles for us to test drive.
