2022 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Cannot say enough good things about Elite Auto Sales! We had been searching for months to buy a used truck for my husband, comparing prices etc. In all of our searches Elite always came up with the best price! I had never bought a car outside an official dealership before so I was slightly apprehensive about how this would go. We worked with Mike and he immediately put us at ease. The entire process on their end was so smooth. When we test drove the truck he was upfront about an issue it had with the steering wheel controls, but they already had the part on order and it would be no charge to us to fix. After we purchased the truck, we brought it back in when the part arrived. We noticed after picking it back up cruise control wasn't working, we called Mike and he had us bring it back in and they fixed it again no charge to us. Mike was great to work with, picked up his phone every time we called and never seemed "hurried" in conversations and we never felt any pressure to add on extras or close the deal. Dominique in the finance department is an Angel, our bank that we had pre-approval from made her jump through several hoops but she was so patient with us through that process (that was no fault of theirs!) Thank you so much to the whole team at Elite, we will definitely be working with them again when we need another vehicle!
