Carela Dealership LLC set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience! My daughter needed a car to commute to work and although we live in Pennsylvania, we found what she was looking for online at a small dealer in Maryland. After a test drive Alex Carela (our salesman and I presume an owner) went over the car and all of the features with us. We decided to purchase the car. Being her first car and us being out of state customers may have made the transaction slightly more challenging but the people at the dealership made sure we were not rushed and carefully answered all of our questions. Now having driven the car for a few weeks, we are more enthusiastic then ever about the car and the whole purchase experience. I went to go look at a 2014 Toyota Camry took it for a test drive The car was in excellent shape And I bought it, it looks like all the cars there seem to be very nice I dealt with Alex the owner who is very nice and accommodating and I believe very honest . I would highly recommend buying a used car from him In fact I'm going back in a year or so and have Alex look for a Toyota sienna for me
