It was great... they completed the work and checked out a couple other things I was worried about. The guy that worked on my car was the second time. I really like him...... Showed me a couple of things that he found. We replaced one and I made an appointment to get a couple other things done. And the girl at the desk in the repair area is very good also.
2 wheel drive King cab model is a rare unit. Crown was happy to locate and retrieve one when another dealer in the area would not go out of there way to do so.
Tyler pretty much gave me the deal I was looking for on the SUV I had looked at at another dealership. All of this over the phone! He was gracious enough to hold the car for me until I got to Decatur to make the purchase. Very friendly, energetic but not pushy...easy to work with!
