Jake was AWESOME! He had the initial truck we thought we wanted ready for us with a welcome sign with our name on it. Great personal touch that we have never had. This made a great first impression. When we walked through the doors, everyone in the sales tower greeted and welcomed us as if we were friends. Edwin was super personable and listened to us. Everyone did! I brought my car in earlier than my appointment time due to our baby's sleep schedule and without asking her she got my car maintained and completed much earlier than I anticipated. I appreciate her and staff going the extra mile when they did not have to.
