2021 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

The salesman Deandre did a great job giving me time to look at several options before deciding which used Grand Cherokee to buy. He was also helpful in the purchase process by making sure we were taken care of and ensuring everything was up to our expectations. Besides the $399 security system that was automatically put onto the car before we bought it, they were pretty straightforward with price and how much room they had to move. We were able to opt out of the (in my eyes unnecessary) security system and they made that process simple. I would definitely recommend Chapman used car sales and I would love to purchase another car from Deandre should I be in the market for one sometime soon. Very happy with my used Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase.
