If you want real personal and friendly salesperson go there and ask for Addison Zirkle , he is by far the best you can get ! The managers there are nice too. Update: so, I deleted my previous review because no matter how upset I was at the time it wouldn’t do the justice. I must say the dealership did the most unexpected, at least in my experience, they took care of the issue and went beyond to rectify it and make me, the customer, happy. These days you dont normally see a big business do more than what expected, even though its their fault, my personal number one point in any business, any transaction is the customer service and if there is problem how its addressed. These guys went beyond that. Thank you Donny(Sales Team Manager). So despite initial fiasco and 1 star its only fair for me to give them 5 stars.
