2023 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I worked with Chris in the service department on a major warranty claim. He was upfront about what was going on with the work being done on my pickup. He is friendly, honest, and direct in his dealings when me as a customer. I, so far, am very pleased with the results of the work done. Overall, the people in the rest of the dealership were friendly and helpful. We, also looked at trading vehicles as we were working through this claim. Cole, the sales consultant was helpful in us deciding to proceed the way we did. I chose Nelson Auto Center for a couple of reasons to do the warranty work. First, the dealership was the closest to us when the pickup broke down. Second, Nelson Auto Center has a good reputation in this part of the world. And based on the results so far, that reputation is correct.

I went in for an oil change in mid-November. I got there close to closing time. With it being close to closing time and he heard how far I drove for the oil change they agreed to change my oil. I truly appreciated their customer service and willingness to assit me so I would not have to come back. I believe it was Asher who worked with me. Thank you for your great customer service and willingess to work me in when it was close to closing time. Your service is worth the drive!!

Was great to work with, especially with Mark Johnson, along with Alek in financing, they got me into the truck I wanted. Had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get it, but it was worth it. I would buy another vehicle from them
