2024 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I highly recommend Frenchie’s Ford! I recently bought a brand new Ford Explorer from Cliff Gay at Frenchie’s and I was very impressed by the his professionalism, the knowledge of what he was selling and the all around friendly atmosphere of the dealership and all their staff for that matter. The service department along with the help of Cassandra Aldous and Candice Mossow were great. They helped me with a new transmission faster than I could've ever expected. Best experience I've had with automotive work in my life. They treated me great and worked very hard to get my vehicle back to me asap.

Took my diesel truck in several times for separate issues, and on both occasions, the entire service staff beginning with the manager, his name slips my memory, to Candace and the diesel master technician were very friendly, supportive, plus they even dropped me off and picked me up at work since I had no available transportation. Typically, I do not use a Ford dealership for out of warranty technical services, but due to the fact that I'm not a local, it's difficult to find and trust a general shop to perform necessary repairs without being compromised or adding to the required repairs. I am very thankful to the entire service staff at Frenchies Ford for taking good care of my truck. Thanks for listening, John
