Dane was a very responsive service advisor and although it took almost a year of back and forth repairs due to various things failing, Dane set me up with a loaner vehicle and was much easier to work with than previous guy who didn't respond and wouldn't provide a loaner for months as i was waiting on repairs.
I just want to say that am a long time customer of sunset kia in auburn they have always treated me right and they are very knowledgeable and friendly and they keep the lobby and restrooms clean, they really know there stuff
The front desk attendance are very polite. All the workers are proficient they get me through efficiently every time I didn’t buy my vehicle here but it’s the closest Kia dealership so I get it serviced here and they do awesome.
