The day I went their computer system was down. This delayed all of the service appointments. I had intended to wait for my car but they couldn’t give me an exact time when it would be finished. I left it and returned home. When they called to tell me it was done I asked if it could be delivered to me. They delivered my car in less than an hour with great service. Everything that I had requested be done was taken care of. I was told that Ford is now offering a free service of pick up and delivery which is a great and helpful idea.
