2020 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

Just want to shout out Kevin Davis and the rest of the team of people I worked with at Ken Ganley over the weekend. I found a car online, I messaged Kevin their salesmen and he told me I could head right in, then a short time later I drove it home. It was that easy! This is the second vehicle over 11 years that I have bought from Kevin, and when needed I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

There’s a first time for everything and it took me 35 years to purchase my own car. Kevin at Ken Ganley in Aurora busted every myth out there in terms of buying from a dealership, buying used and buying female. From start to finish, I felt respected that our exchanges were honest and that I was being handled with care. It was easy to get set up for a visit and test drive, my concerns were held with priority and dignity. Kevin had the shop guys fix a couple problems and accepted my hold and down payment without pressure or ridicule. We set a reasonable price, secured a do able interest rate and financed in house a comfortable monthly payment from my bank. The entire process was swift and easy going, it felt like chatting with an old friend. 5 stars for my new buddy, Kev. Looking forward to my new Jeep life ??

I recently had to bring my vehicle into the collision center after running over an object on the highway, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, John Notaro was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. John clearly explained all the damage they found and kept me informed throughout. He handled everything directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief, and even assisted me with getting a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. The level of service and care I received exceeded my expectations. While I certainly hope I don’t need collision repair again anytime soon, if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Highly recommend!
