2020 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

Paige Grandowski at the Plainfield Ford was undoubtedly the best sales representative I have ever worked with for any purchase. Paige was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She was not pushy or overbearing with trying to sell a vehicle. I felt as though she really wanted me to find what fit me best and help in any way she could. I ultimately purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat on March 11th. I have enjoyed the vehicle so far. The check engine light was on when I purchased the vehicle and the sales manager stated that the battery voltage was low due to it being on the lot for several months. I have driven the truck about 500 miles and the light is still on. I will be calling Rod Baker Ford to get a new battery, which they offered free of charge.
