It’s a beautiful new building with a great view of Lake Michigan. You can take a walk on the Manistique boardwalk while you have your car serviced. The pictures are from the boardwalk.
Very nice and welcoming service team, unfortunately they didn't have the equipment to do what I needed done. I just needed a 2nd key programmed for my 2006 Land Rover Discovery (which as anyone should recall was OWNED & SERVICED by FORD MOTOR CO., for those that don't, here's the scoop: "How many years did Ford own Jaguar? After spinning off from British Leyland, Jaguar/Land Rover was acquired by Ford in 1999, remaining under Ford ownership until 2008." and so the sad fact that a massive company like Ford can't do a simple Keyfob programming in their service department is a bit sad, like a game of hot potato, no one wants to take the $200 to program the $515.90 keyfob which I already had to spend weeks getting from the nearest Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership (about 800 miles round trip), and no local/Small business shops can afford the licensing for the programming software, so now i have a $500+ keyfob that I could have gotten on ebay for $87 bucks and had the blad cut at my local ACE for $3.12, I know because I tried and both keyfobs do the same thing, so what is Land Rover charging the extra $400+ for??? I'm not upset with this Dealership, just sad that Ford doesn't provide the ability to service brands they owned. The sales room is clean and the service bay is nice, so if your looking for a Ford, then this is a fair place to pick one up, just beware the "Bidenflation sticker shock as a fairly plain 2023 crew cab F-150 was over $80,000.00 after tax ($79,xxx + Tax) and considering I bought my 2 year old Porsche 911 C4 (off a 2 year lease so I still had factoru warranty, and under 24k miles) for $78,500 out the door with tax, title/plate, etc. It's pretty nuts to see these factory workers strike for "fair" pay. What is "fair" pay these days (2023)? Because if there asking for at least 30% pay increase, more 401k & additional retirement benefits when the starting factory worker is making an average of $112,000.00/year, this is becoming a bit outrageous, so please be kind to your Dealership people as they don't get half that amount, they are the Frontline face and have to deal with all the factory screw ups and recalls, so keep that in mind when buying your new or pre-owned Ford.
Top of the line place of service, all the concern's of great service from ford's mentioned is at it's best we enjoy going there, excellent service& the finest ppl to work with.Really enjoyed our visit ?????????????????
