We started our car buying experience at Kia of Fort Collins. They had the exact vehicle I wanted, the right color and all the options. But they low balled us on our trade in and treated me in a condescending way, so we walked out. Came up to Cheyenne and were immediately welcomed with a trade in offer we were more than happy with. Process was so smooth and simple, straight to the point with no haggling. Ended up doing a dealer trade for a vehicle at another dealership. (NOT Fort Collins!) Darrin, Tony, and Ed were so easy to work with and they seemed to enjoy the process as much as we did! I LOVE my new car. What a difference it makes being treated with respect and integrity. Well me and my husband went to Nissan to look for a car and was treated so poorly we decided to go to Kia. Upon our arrival Mr. Ed Jones came out to greet us with a smile. Asked us if we would like to take a look at the 2024 Kia Forte Gt Line my hubby said yes. We took a look at the car and was very impressed. So hubby explained we had a truck to trade off and had to go get it. Ed said that was fine and waited for us. Now mind you it was 6pm and they closed at 7pm we got back and he introduced us to Darin Porter. Ed said this guy can work magic and he sure did. While he was doing that we took the car for a test drive. It ran great. Got back to the dealership and Darin asked us a few questions and got us into that new car. And they did it all within one and a half hours. I am totally impressed with Kia and the service we got!! I highly recommend them if you are in Cheyenne Wyoming!!!

Mark at Kia of Cheyenne was so helpful in finding the right vehicle. They were patient with me as I got my finances together to buy the car and even let me take the car home before receiving the money. I'm am so happy with my choice! Love the color and all the features. It drives so smooth with lots of power. Lots of safety features too. I have always wanted a Kia Sorento and now I do! Its beautiful blue color and 3rd row seating is a plus. Mark also got my daughter into a car which we really needed cause sharing one car between 4 people is hard on time and gas. She is very happy with her Rio. We will continue to go to Kia for an upgrade when the time comes. I highly recommend Kia of Cheyenne and Mark as your sales rep.
