I purchased a 2018 Silverado 100th Anniversary Edition with 85,xxx miles on August 21st.(With a full tank of fuel) It was disclosed early that is was a rebuilt and appeared to be good work. There was a good sized dent in the roof on the passenger side, needed an alignment and the headlamps adjusted, lane keep, park assist and the forward crash system were not working. I understand all these tie together and was told it would all be fixed. I traveled about 2.5 hours to get there and made the purchase. Dropped it off to have the items repaired and was given a 2006 Taurus which had a brake line fail (it happens) shortly after leaving the dealer. The next morning was given a better loaner. Was called and told the truck was done and went to pick it up, only thing that had been done was the roof repair, repair looked great but I will agree there was dust everywhere. Realized none of the other stuff had been done and Roman attempted to calibrate but was unable to get it. I realized on the way home that my OnStar and hands-free no longer worked, determined that a microphone had not been plugged in after the roof repair. Brought the vehicle back again to have the rest done. Luckily I was working the Minnesota State Fair and staying in the Twin Cities area so I only had to drive a half hour each way to the dealership. Roman was good to stay in contact about progress and eventually everything was repaired with the exception of headlight alignment (has to be dealer performed with the LED headlamps). There were some hiccups but overall a good experience.

I just got my first car here: excellent service! I got my financing estimate quickly. They explained my warranty and everything I needed to know clearly. Even with the vehicle being a prior salvage my insurance had no problem covering it so I’m so happy I was able to get such a high quality vehicle with ease from them. Highly recommend!!!
