2021 Ford Explorer TIMBERLINE 4WD

My first visit to Felton Holly Kia was an absolutely wonderful experience! Mr. Zachary was very professional, pleasant and appreciative of my time. The work was completed in a very reasonable time, and sooner than expected, and even got vacuumed and washed! The waiting room is very comfortable, with free WiFi, coffee, tea and water for customers. I will definitely be returning to this dealership going forward for all of my service needs!

I had a 5 star experience at Holly Kia. Since I was driving some distance to purchase a late model used vehicle, I wanted to some detailed pricing information before I went in. Unlike many dealerships, Holly Kia was very transparent with pricing (which was very competitive for this model) before I went in. They also agreed to match the Carvana offer that I had for my current vehicle as a trade-in. Everything was in order when I arrived and, after a test drive, I was out the door in my new wheels in about an hour. Pricing was exactly what was discussed in advance and, while I was offered additional products like extended warranties, there was no pressure or hard sales pitch here (this has been a negative experience of mine at other dealerships in the past). As a side note, I arrived a bit later than expected due to some bad weather-related traffic. They stayed past their closing time to finish the deal with me. Special shout out to John, Byron, and Corey for their help. Definitely the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have had.
