If you have a chance to do business with EM Motors, consider yourself very lucky. It's rare to find people so passionate in any business, especially used cars. These people really, truly care! The brothers actually flew out east and then drove a van across country, and then delivered it to my doorstep, and I live in the next state over from them! They really knocked themselves out not just for the sale- this van would have sold quickly anyway- they just knew I was gung-ho on this van! Ever since, these folks have been a part of my van experience and have pretty much even become friends!! If I need a vehicle in the future I will definitely see if EM motors can hook me up. They are the best !!

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I have been wanting a sprinter van for quite a while now. After being on the hunt for several months, one finally popped up that seemed like a deal that was too good to be true. So I reached out to see if the van was still available, and it was! I made quick moves to get financing in place, purchased a one way flight, and coordinated schedules to meet up with them on a Saturday, when they are typically out of the office. They were the nicest people. I loved being able to meet their dog while I was there too. They offered so much advice for my own van build. Businesses often times say that they treat their customers like family, but these guys really do go that extra mile. They even gave me a hug before I headed out and made me promise that I would send them a message when I got home so that they knew I arrived safely. I highly recommend doing business with them!
