Imaad, and the team at this dealership is beyond wonderful. I purchased a vehicle from them. They gave me more than a fair price for my trade in. They replaced the brakes on the vehicle I purchased. I was having an issue once I got the vehicle home, I called Imaad and told him about the issue. This was an internet sale, I live in Michigan, truck was in Texas. I reached out via phone and got an immediate response from Imaad on the initial inquiry and throughout the entire purchasing process. Imaad graciously answered every question I had, including extra under carriage photos, quality video with great walk around and with truck running. Once I agreed to purchase, the process was smooth and seamless. He did everything he said he would and more. We even FaceTimed which initially I thought wasn’t really needed but once I did was glad because it definitely added so much to the human element of the purchase experience. Sealed the deal for me. I arranged the transport and truck arrived on Christmas Day. It was exactly as presented, overall was a great experience with Imaad and Best Deals Auto. Advice to customers of any auto purchase, especially internet, know what you are buying, educate yourself, use every tool available, Carfax etc. etc. be realistic of what you’re getting. I paid fair market value for what I bought and received exactly what I wanted with a better than expected dealer sales experience. Thank you Imaad!

Imaad was wonderful in customer service. He had a no pressure, easy-going mannerism and was very honest and informative and knows his stuff. I would recommend this business for buying a used car. I bought a lower end car and he treated me with the same respect I’m sure anybody with buying a higher end car would have gotten.
