Had a wonderful experience A-Z at this dealership. Mary Keller was very friendly and personable. They actually didn't have the exact car I was looking for so Mary and Karl the manager made an effort to locate the vehicle and get it over in a few days. I love my new i4 and will strongly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW.

I recently had a vehicle for sale and was contacted by Stevie B with Ferman BMW. Stevie proposed a fair offer for the vehicle pending a quick inspection. I provided him with all the necessary information and he had paperwork ready when my wife arrived. She was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes with no haggling, and they provided her a courtesy ride home. Great customer service is hard to find these days and the staff at Ferman BMW made the process seamless. The following morning I realized I forgot to have her take the tow ball off her jeep. I text Stevie the next morning and he responded promptly and told me to come get it whenever. When I got there he personally drove me to where he car was so I could get it. I'm not one to write reviews normally, but the customer service was extremely professional and deserved recognition.

I purchased a used BMW M340i at this dealership and had an outstanding experience! The sales manager (David Theado) was professional and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond addressing my questions and concerns. The business manager (Joe Cleaver) was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process! Even the service department was top notch! This was my first purchase at Ferman BMW, but I found the entire experience to be vastly superior to my past purchase experiences at BMW of Tampa. I will definitely purchase from this dealership in the future and I give them my highest recommendation.
