2025 Ford Explorer Active RWD (PL535)

I can’t say enough about the team at this dealership! I had just bought a vehicle days before in another state and while I was traveling I started experiencing issues. The Service dept got me in on extremely short notice to fix a bunch of outstanding software issues that were not addressed by the other dealership. They were all so friendly, helpful and even taught me some of the vehicle functions. They even detailed it for me (which was not done at the dealership I bought it at) I wish I could have purchased with them! Big thanks to the service manager Ryan and the rest of the team that helped me out!

Sales representative was very professional and friendly.. We were juggling between the trims for the model that we were looking for and Greg was kind enough to patiently handle our requirements. Charles Chamblee is the guy of words. He helped in negotiating to the fair price that suites for both parties. The service I was provided with was exceptional! I want to thank Kerry Ann for the great to communication and professionalism throughout the process. My service total was about $9,300 and I had a lot of questions before, during, and after the work was done… she was able to work with the mechanic to answer these questions to a satisfactory level, in a timely manner. I also appreciated the mechanics work as my truck is running great. I will most certainly be returning for any other maintenances or service I might need.
