Great Experience! I purchased a Palisade last year and am happy with my decision. Travis was great during the purchasing process. We arrived during an Alabama game with our kids, who wanted to sit in every car possible, and he was there to play along with them. The positive experience has continued into the maintenance department with my first three regularly scheduled service visits being done in a timely fashion. We visited multiple dealerships to compare the different mid-size SUV options. Not only did Tuscaloosa Hyundai help me get the exact Palisade I wanted, but their service was more comfortable than the other places we visited. I would buy again from this location and have suggested it to others.

It's always easy dealing with friendly Lala at Tuscaloosa Hyundai! She's a people person, makes you feel welcome and remembers her customers names! Tuscaloosa Hyundai is fortunate to have someone like her representing the service department!! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree as her daughter Kayla is just just as customer service friendly!!
