First I want to say I am from Louisiana and working here in the Port Arthur area. I needed a Ford dealership to do service on my truck. I looked at the reviews and had my concerns with the service department. So really I don’t really have a dog in this fight. After this job I’m going back to Louisiana. I contacted Philot Ford and made an appointment for the oil change and recalls for my truck. The service manager and his team “Notice I said team” was awesome. My wife took my truck in and they didn’t give her the run around. They were even able to check why my check engine light came on the day before. They explained the problem and fixed that as well. I could not have asked for better service. This is the kind of service I get back home because I know the people at that dealership. I don’t know anyone here. Thank you Philot Ford and your team. Oh and even the service Manager, Mr Granger, noticed my wife sitting there amongst a room full men and offered to bring her back to where we were staying. Thanks for that as well. Don’t listen to the reviews. God Bless and may God continue to bless Philot Ford dealership.
